REMINDERS
We don't reply to any WTB tweets or emails or help with seeking tickets for a particular event. What we have is what we have. All ticket listings are from sellers who followed our instructions in our 'how to use' tab. Please be patient if we don't respond to your DMs or emails quickly. I'm the only person who's actively handling this whole parade.
DEFINITION & EXAMPLES OF TERMS
SCALPING: Selling higher than what you originally paid for and getting profit. We don't post scalped tickets; but what's more, we ALSO don't post tickets that you bought for a scalped price. I'm sorry you were scalped, but this is to keep this as a face value only service.Example: Bought from Ticketmaster for $250. Reselling for $500 for a profit.TICKETMASTER OFFICIAL PLATINUM: Ticketmaster's in-house scalping program. The prices change on select "official platinum" seats based on demand, which means prices spike for popular events. These do not include any extra benefits; they're just more expensive. Hence, in-house scalping.Unfortunately, we do not list tickets bought Ticketmaster Official Platinum-- only tickets that were bought at face value (the value originally set by the artist and event promoter). Until Ticketmaster is regulated for ripping off so many people, this is what we can do.Example: The promoter listed P5 tickets for $59.50, but Ticketmaster Official Platinum made these tickets $200. These would not be eligible for listing through SoCal K-Pop Verified.BIDDING: Accepting offers from people and selling them to the highest bidder.Example: Bought from Ticketmaster at USD 300 but accepting offers. Highest offer is USD 1000 and selling it to the highest bidder at USD 1000.
WHO ARE YOU?
I'm Christina Dirkes! I'm an ARMY, a Shawol, and a multi of many k-pop groups whose music I love.In the fall of 2021, inspired by BTS Ticket Helper, I made a giant spreadsheet to call out scalpers for BTS' LA concerts to try to protect ARMY. This time, instead of exclusively pointing out scalpers, I want to connect fans with those reselling tickets at face value. Here's my Twitter if you want to see that I'm a real live human! I work in admin as my day job, and I write and do freelance graphic design. Here's to a fandom experience that is better for all of us!
